Shipping to the United States

Where we ship from

Every SMTZ order is packed and shipped from our studio in France. Your pieces travel a long way to get to you, and we pack them like it.

Delivery times

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery to the US takes 7 to 8 business days, tracked and signed for. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Shipping cost

Flat rate of $29, tracked and signed. Free on orders over $150.

We know that's not a small number. It's what it actually costs to send a signed, tracked, duty-paid parcel from France to your door — we're not adding a margin on top of it.

Duties and import taxes — already paid

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. All US customs duties and import taxes are included and paid by us before your parcel ships. No customs bill, no delivery fee, no surprise at the door.

This is unusual for a European brand shipping to the US, and it's deliberate — we'd rather you knew the real number upfront.
