How to measure your foot

Put a sheet of paper against a wall, stand up with your heel against the wall. Mark the end of your longest toe, then measure from the edge of the paper to the mark. Do it at the end of the day, when your foot is at its widest, and measure both feet — go with the bigger one.

If your measurement falls between two rows, take the larger size. On boots and western boots that's what we'd suggest anyway if you're hesitating, especially if you wear thick socks.

Keep them out of rain and damp, especially the suede-look and glitter finishes.
Use a waterproofing spray before you first wear them, then top it up regularly.
Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth — nothing harsh.
Let them air-dry, never on a radiator or in direct sun.
Store them flat with paper inside so they hold their shape.

If the mistake is ours, the return label is free and nothing is deducted.
