Wipe the faux leather with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then dry it straight away.
No stripping products, no alcohol, never the washing machine.
Avoid long contact with raw denim: it can transfer onto lighter colours.
Store the bag stuffed with paper so it keeps its shape, out of direct sun.

Dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.
All US customs duties and import taxes are paid by us — the price at checkout is the final price, and the carrier will not ask you for anything at the door.
Delivery in 7 to 8 business days, tracked and signed. Free over $150.
A tracking number is sent the moment your parcel leaves our studio.

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return.
It all happens on our returns portal — we email you the label.
Under $80, the return is on us. From $80 up, $30 is deducted from the refund, or you can send it back with a carrier of your choice at your own cost.
We don't do exchanges: you get store credit, to use whenever you like.
Not returnable: earrings and piercings (hygiene), surprise boxes, cords.
If the mistake is ours, the return label is free and nothing is deducted.
