The bracelet is adjustable: you can easily add or remove links using the tool provided to adapt it perfectly to your wrist.

Personalize your box:

When placing your order, leave us a short note with your preferences: a letter, a color or a theme you love (stars, hearts, animals, symbols…). We'll do our best to put together a box that suits you.

Good to know:

This is a surprise box: its exact contents remain a surprise and the charms may vary from one box to another. Your preferences will be taken into account based on available stock, but we cannot guarantee every request.

Due to its personalized and surprise nature, the box cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our jewellery is stainless steel: you can keep it on, everywhere, all the time.
Shower, pool, sea, the gym — it's waterproof and none of that bothers it.
It doesn't tarnish, it doesn't rust, and it won't turn your skin green.
A wipe with a soft cloth now and then brings the shine straight back.
Keep your pieces in their SMTZ pouch so they don't scratch each other.
One exception: gold-plated pieces are more delicate. Take those off before the shower, the pool, the sea and the gym.

Dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.
All US customs duties and import taxes are paid by us — the price at checkout is the final price, and the carrier will not ask you for anything at the door.
Delivery in 7 to 8 business days, tracked and signed. Free over $150.
A tracking number is sent the moment your parcel leaves our studio.

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return.
It all happens on our returns portal — we email you the label.
Under $80, the return is on us. From $80 up, $30 is deducted from the refund, or you can send it back with a carrier of your choice at your own cost.
We don't do exchanges: you get store credit, to use whenever you like.
Not returnable: earrings and piercings (hygiene), surprise boxes, cords.
If the mistake is ours, the return label is free and nothing is deducted.
