Le bracelet est ajustable : tu peux facilement ajouter ou retirer des maillons à l’aide de l’outil fourni afin de l’adapter parfaitement à ton poignet.

Personnalise ta box :

Au moment de ta commande, laisse-nous une petite note avec tes préférences : une lettre, une couleur ou un univers que tu aimes (étoiles, cœurs, animaux, symboles…). Nous ferons notre maximum pour composer une box qui te ressemble.

Il s’agit d’une box surprise : son contenu exact reste donc une découverte et les charms peuvent varier d’une box à l’autre. Tes préférences seront prises en compte selon les stocks disponibles, mais nous ne pouvons pas garantir chaque demande.

En raison de son caractère personnalisé et surprise, la box ne peut être ni reprise ni échangée.

Our jewellery is stainless steel: you can keep it on, everywhere, all the time.
Shower, pool, sea, the gym — it's waterproof and none of that bothers it.
It doesn't tarnish, it doesn't rust, and it won't turn your skin green.
A wipe with a soft cloth now and then brings the shine straight back.
Keep your pieces in their SMTZ pouch so they don't scratch each other.
One exception: gold-plated pieces are more delicate. Take those off before the shower, the pool, the sea and the gym.

Home delivery and pickup points, in France and worldwide.
2 to 7 business days within the EU, 6 to 15 elsewhere depending on the country.
A tracking number is sent the moment your parcel leaves our studio.

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return.
It all happens on our returns portal — we email you the label.
A flat €3.90 is deducted from the refund or from the store credit.
We don't do exchanges: you get store credit, to use whenever you like.
Not returnable: earrings and piercings (hygiene), surprise boxes, cords.
If the mistake is ours, the return label is free and nothing is deducted.
